Administrators deactivating Users

Administrators can deactivate a user in OpenFIT by clicking on the red deactivate/delete button in OpenFIT. This will deactivate the User and they can no longer log in to OpenFIT. 


Please note that when a user is deactivated heir cases and clients data and surveys are still available in OpenFIT for reporting purposes. 

Deactivated Users who still own active cases

We recommend Administrators make sure that when a User is Deleted/Deactivated that the Ownership of their Active Cases are reassigned to colleagues.

 If a User/Clinician has been deactivated in OpenFIT but they still have activated Cases that they are the Owner of then when the Shared Survey is sent for that Case/Episode the survey will show as expired.
