In OpenFIT most aggregate data in the Statistics Report have drill-down functionality. This allows users to explore the aggregate statistics data in greater depth by navigating from top-level aggregate data to more detailed views of the data.

This enables different users from Clinicians, Supervisors and Administrators to analyze trends, patterns, or anomalies by drilling down into specific data points.

For example you can click on an aggregate such as Clients to view the individual clients that comprise the total number of clients in the report. The ability to drill up data dimensions provides a more interactive and flexible way to understand and act upon the data presented in reports, enhancing insight and decision-making.

In additional when on the Drill-down screen users can click on the client case number to access details of the Case and Client in OpenFIT. Combined with the Report filters options drill-down is a very powerful tool to facilitate further analysis and decision making.

Here are some examples .

Using Drill-down in the Statistics Report

In the video below the user has first filtered the data on the Clinical Significance filter and then used the Drill-down feature on the total number of Adolescents to access the underlying data.

They then clicked through to one of the Cases/Episodes in OpenFIT.

Using Drill-down in the Effect Size Report

In this example the Supervisor is taking a look at the Effect Size Report for all Users and all Locations. Here they can see that there are 85 Clients/Collaterals or 15% of the filtered Caseload are Significantly Worse according to the Effect Size score for their Case.

Obviously they are interested in taking a closer look at the data behind this which can be access by clicking on the 15% figure to open the Drill.
