To enable 2 Factor SMS authentication Administrators can edit a user and enable the 2FA checkbox. There must be a valid mobile phone number set to allow this function to be enabled.
To enable go to the Users section from the left hand menu
From here, set the phone number for the user and check the MFA checkbox
Next time the user logs in they will be required to enter the code sent to their device.
Alternatively some Administrators choose to fully implement Single Sign On using the OpenFIT SAML function. Through this method the organisation has full flexibility to choose SMS, Microsoft Authenticator, google Authenticator or any other approach that they use.
