Using the App in Portrait or Landscape mode
The ORS and SRS shared surveys are designed to be optimally displayed in landscape mode on smartphones. This give a length for the sliders on the subscales that is closer to what the paper scaled are.
In portrait mode there is less room for moving the slider on the subscales.
Most clients switched to Landscape mode to complete the survey so they have a greater length of the subscale to work with.
Scrolling Issues in Portrait mode
Some users reported that they are having issues scrolling the surveys in Portrait mode.
For best scrolling results i Portrait mode you have to scroll using the left or right edge of the screen. Some people try to scroll in the middle of the screen which is the active area for inputting the scales and scrolling does not work as well there.
