Add, Edit and Delete Users

The Users menu option allows Administrators to add new users to OpenFIT using the Add New User. You can also edit users using the blue edit button or delete users using the red edit button.




Adding Users


The add users screen allows you to add User details .

If the new user is added as an Administrator then you don't need to add more details. 


If the new user is added as a Clinician, Local Admin, Supervisor, Receptionist or other role then you will need to Add a Location for them and then their Role. 

You can also add Department tags if they have been created. For roles other than Clinicians who are also seeing Clients and getting feedback you will need to tick the option to Handle Cases so they can add theor own cases and Clients to OpenFIT and collect feedback.
