Administration - Administrator Home Screen

The Home screen for Administrators is very similar to that for Clinicians with a couple of differences.

There is a separate tab for Agency Cases on the right of the My Cases tab. Here the Administrator can view all the Cases for all the Users in that organisation's OpenFIT account.

The Administrator also has access to Administration functions which are described below.



Agency Cases

Administrators have access to all Cases and Clients in the agency. Because Administrators are also frequently Clinicians they can switch between Cases that are part of their Caseload versus Cases belonging to other Clinicians in the agency.

Reports

There are specific reports only available to Administrators such as viewing overall agency statistics and statistics for all Clinicians.

Administration

The Administration section allows administrators to add, create and deactivate users as well as enable advanced features such as Case and Client tagging and add Locations and Departments.

Import Data

The Import Data section allows administrators to import data into OpenFIT such as cases details and client details from other client record systems or feedback systems. It is also possible to import client feedback details from other feedback software. Please email support@openfit.care for support in this process.
