Using the Drill Feature in Reports

In OpenFIT most of the reports have drill functionality. This allows users to explore data in greater depth by navigating from summary-level information to more detailed views. This enables different users from Clinicians, Supervisors and Administrators to analyze trends, patterns, or anomalies by drilling down into specific data points, such as moving from overall outcome measures to individual client or session details. The ability to drill up, down, or across different data dimensions provides a more interactive and flexible way to understand and act upon the data presented in reports, enhancing insight and decision-making.

In additional on the Drill screen users can click right through to the Case/Episode.

Combined with the Report filters this is a very powerful tool to facilitate analysis and decision making.

Here are some examples.

Using Drillthrough on Statistics Report

Here the user has used the filter on the right to select Individual Cases

Using Drillthrough on Effect Size Report

In this example the Supervisor is taking a look at the Effect Size Report for all Users and all Locations. Here they can see that there are 85 Clients/Collaterals or 15% of the filtered Caseload are Significantly Worse according to the Effect Size score for their Case.

Obviously they are interested in taking a closer look at the data behind this which can be access by clicking on the 15% figure to open the Drill.
