Clients get a Survey expired message

This can sometimes happen if the Shared Survey is sent for a Case/Episode where the Owner has been deactivated in OpenFIT.


We recommend Administrators make sure that when a User is Deleted/Deactivated that the Ownership of their Active Cases are reassigned to colleagues.
