Logging in to OpenFIT using a VPN connection

 If you cannot login to OpenFIT web application with your correct username and password it is possible you are using a VPN connection which is routing your internet connection through some other country. If you cannot log please check you are not using a VPN and if so turn it off. 


OpenFIT expects you to be in the country or region that you are working in and that OpenFIT is licenses for. For example if you are based in Europe OpenFIT will not accept logins that are routed by a VPN from other areas worldwide for security reasons. Likewise if you are in the US OpenFIT will not accept a login to your account that is routed by VPN through Europe or elsewhere in the world outside the US and Canada.
