The administrator of OpenFIT in your service is in charge of your OpenFIT account. This person can edit details of your account and is in charge of setting up your account. Once the administrator creates an account for you in OpenFIT, you will be sent an activation email. The activation email looks like this:
This email expires after a certain time period if you do not activate your account. In this case, you will need to get in touch with the administrator to resend the activation email.
Once you have been sent the activation email you can log in for the first time using the login username and temporary password on the top right of the email you received.
Click on the link in the email to access the OpenFIT login screen.
Enter the login details from the activation email:
You will then be asked to create your own password which you will use to log in going forward:
Note: If you forget your password you can reset by clicking “Forgot Password” in the login page of OpenFIT
