OpenFIT Platform Privacy Policy

Communications Policy (SMS and Email)

1. Introduction

OpenFIT is a healthcare feedback platform operated by GroupNos Technologies Ltd (trading as ACE Health). This privacy policy applies to patients and clients who are registered on the OpenFIT platform by their healthcare provider and who receive SMS and/or email communications as part of their care program.

2. Communications

OpenFIT sends messages to registered clients via SMS and/or email for the following purposes:

Survey Requests: Messages containing links to complete Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) and feedback surveys as part of your care program.

Authentication Codes: Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes for secure access to the OpenFIT platform and to verify your identity.

These messages are transactional and care-related. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

3. SMS Communications

For SMS messages specifically:

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe from SMS communications.

Help: Reply HELP to any SMS message for assistance.

4. Email Communications

For email messages specifically:

Opt-Out: Click the unsubscribe link in any email or inform your healthcare provider that you wish to stop receiving email communications.

5. Consent

Your contact details (mobile phone number and/or email address) are provided to OpenFIT by your healthcare provider when they register you on the platform. Consent to receive communications is obtained by your healthcare provider as part of the clinical onboarding process and is documented in accordance with standard healthcare consent practices.

6. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your care program and authentication needs. Typically, you may receive survey request messages as scheduled by your healthcare provider (e.g., weekly, monthly, or at specific care intervals) and authentication codes when logging into the platform.

7. Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving communications at any time by:

For SMS: Replying STOP to any message

For Email: Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email

For both: Informing your healthcare provider

Please note that opting out may affect your ability to receive survey requests and authentication codes. Alternative communication methods may be available through your healthcare provider.

8. Help and Support

For help with communications, reply HELP to any SMS message, contact your healthcare provider, or email support@openfit.care.

9. Data Protection

Your contact information and communication records are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and HIPAA where applicable. Your data is stored securely and is only used for the purposes described in this policy.

We do not sell, share, or rent your contact information to third parties for marketing purposes.
