Overview of the Share Survey screen
You can launch the Share Survey option for a Case in two ways
1, On the Sessions and Surveys screen you can select the Session and then select the Share survey option. This will take you to the Sharing Survey screen
2. On from the Case and Client List Homepage you can select the Case using the tick box and then click on the Share Survey option. This will allow you to share a survey for the most recent session of that case.
Sharing Survey screen
The Sharing Survey screen allows you to a number of options.
Type: This is the type of survey you will be sharing. generally the ORS or SRS or the GSRS
Templates: It is possible to set up a template email or SMS message to go with the survey link you are sending. These templates need to be created by the OpenFIT administrator in the administration section of OpenFIT and can then be selected here. If no template is selected then the text in the box below will be included in the message. It is also possible to directly edit the text in the box below.
Subject: You can add a subject link to the email to the client, Type the Subject details here or leave blank for the default subject details.
Send to ALL: Click this box to display all the clients in a case that you wish to send a survey to. All the clients available to send a message to will be displayed in the Clients box. You can deselect a client by clicking on the x beside their name.
Clients: .You can also click on this box to individually select a client to send the survey you selected to
Note: If there is no new session created or the most recent session already has a completed ORS or SRS then you will not be allowed to select that client and they will not appear when you choose Send to ALL
Click Next to continue to the Share With screen.or Cancel to exit the Sharing Survey Screen
