Adding Surveys to Sessions in OpenFIT

Once you create a new Session in OpenFIT you can then go ahead and add a feedback survey such as the ORS or SRS to that session. You add a feedback Surveys to a Session in OpenFIT in two ways.


1. Using Feedback Surveys in Session:


a) Using the Survey function 

Click on the case number and access the Sessions and Surveys for that case. You add a new session to the case if you have not done so already. The you select Survey from the top menu and select the ORS or SRS survey. You then have the client or collateral rater complete that feedback survey.


b) Using the Quick Survey function 

Click on the Quick Survey button in the Case and Client screen. Then select the ORS or SRS survey. This creates a new Session for that day and time and opens an ORS or SRS survey.

2. Sharing Feedback Surveys for completion outside of Sessions


a) Using the Share Survey function
 You click on the case number and access the Sessions and Surveys for that case. You add a new Session to the case if you have not done so already. Then you select Share Survey from the top menu. This takes you to the Sharing Survey screen which allows you to share a secure confidential link to a survey with a client or collateral raters. They can then complete that survey on their smartphone. tablet or computer. See details on this screen here.


b) Using the Quick Share Survey function
Click on the Quick Survey button in the Case and Client screen. This creates a new Session for that day and time and takes you to the Sharing Survey screen which allows you to share a secure confidential link to a survey with a client or collateral raters.
